After dropping a total of -52.5% from the all-time record high of US$1,600 mfbm — which had held for several weeks — this week the wholesaler price of benchmark construction framing dimension softwood lumber item Western Spruce-Pine-Fir KD 2×4 #2&Btr, for the week ending July 9, 2021, was again US$760 mfbm (net FOB sawmill) as it had been the previous week.
