EACOM Purchases
EACOM Timber, out of Montreal, QC, has sole ownership of engineered wood producer Anthony-EACOM following the purchase of outstanding shares from Canfor Corp, the company announced April 5. The company said the change in ownership will result in the transfer of more than 50 employees to EACOM’s management.
