Resolute Forest Products Wednesday announced the acquisition of Atlas Paper Holdings, a leading manufacturer of at-home and away-from-home tissue products, including recycled and virgin paper grades.
The purchase price in the transaction, which closed the same day, was $156 million, including working capital.
