Lumber production in the United States totalled 27.022 billion board feet from January through October 2015. This represents a 1.2 per cent increase as com– pared to January-October 2014, according to the Western Wood Products Association’s “Lumber Track” publication, released Wednesday.
Lumber production in Canada from January through October 2015 totalled 22.193 billion board feet. This represents a 6.8% increase over the previous year.
