US house prices rose in August, up +0.2 percentย from the previous month, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (HPI). ย House prices rose +4.6 percentย from August 2018 to August 2019.ย
The previously reported +0.4 percent increase for July 2019 remains unchanged.
